TEXA was founded in 1992. Today, the company is Europe's top name in the design, production and sale of diagnostic and telediagnostic tools for cars, bikes, commercial and agricultural vehicles and marine engines. TEXA has an extensive network of distributors around the world as well as direct subsidiaries in Spain, France, the U.K., Germany, Poland, Russia, the United States and Japan. TEXA currently employs around 600 people around the world. TEXA's workforce is young and dynamic (average age is only 33); 45% are graduates, including more then 100 engineers and R&D specialists.
